Current Volunteer Opportunties
We are actively recruiting for the following volunteer positions. If you are interested in any of them, please email Heather at sharesocietyheather@gmail.com citing the name of the volunteer position you're interested in as the subject area of the email.
Linen Volunteer
Responsible for sorting, preparing, displaying, and maintaining all donated linens, including bedding, towels, curtains, tablecloths, and related textile items.
- 
Receive and sort donated items
 - 
Inspect for quality, cleanliness, stains, tears, and overall condition
 - 
Decide which items are suitable for sale or for recycling
 - 
Tag and price items according to store guidelines
 - 
Arrange linens neatly and attractively on shelves, racks, or bins
 - 
Rotate stock to keep displays fresh and seasonal
 - 
Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift
 
Maintenance person
General knowledge of the tasks (background as a contractor or a handyperson) and/or the willingness to learn. Able to work in a safe manner and be aware of others while you work. We do provide tools and the materials for each task.
General qualities desired for this role:

Availability long term to build with our in house team
 
Electronic Tester
No skills needed, only a desire to work and learn in a safe manner. We do provide tools and the materials for each task.
